Ease AI

AI that has to work on Monday.

Most AI projects fail quietly — a pilot nobody uses, a chatbot that invents answers, an integration that breaks the first time someone types something unexpected. We build the unglamorous version: systems that hold up on an ordinary busy week, for businesses across the Golden Horseshoe, Niagara and southwestern Ontario.

Where we stand

We would rather tell you not to buy anything.

There is a lot of money being made right now selling AI to businesses that do not need it. The scorecard on this site genuinely can return “probably not yet”, and when it does, that is the advice — not a softer pitch for a smaller package.

What we do not do: invent case studies, quote statistics we cannot source, or promise a percentage improvement before looking at your process. If a number appears on this site, you can trace where it came from.

What we do: name a price, name a date, build the thing, and measure whether it worked.

Apps we’ve built

Two products in the market, under their own names.

There are no client testimonials on this site, because you cannot check them. Here is the alternative: software we designed, built and shipped, live on the public internet with published pricing. Click either one.

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

01

A conversation, free

Thirty minutes on what is actually costing you time. You will get a straight answer about whether this is worth doing at all. Roughly a third of these end with a recommendation to do nothing, or to fix something that is not an AI problem.
02

A written diagnostic

We map the process as it genuinely happens — not as the org chart says it does — and write down what to automate, in what order, at what cost. You own the document. If you take it to another firm, that is a legitimate outcome. This is also the stage Ontario’s DMAP grant is designed to fund.
03

Build, against a fixed price

The price and the date are agreed before work starts. You see it working in a staging environment before it touches anything live. Exceptions route to a human rather than failing silently, and every automated action is logged.
04

Measure, then decide

We agreed what success looks like in step two, so at the end we can check. If a build did not deliver, that gets said out loud. Ongoing support is optional and month-to-month — never a lock-in that outlives its usefulness.

The province may pay half.

Ontario’s DMAP grant provides up to $15,000 at a 50% match, and it explicitly funds hiring an external consultant to write a digital modernization and adoption plan. That is the diagnostic in step two. On a $10,000 engagement, your real cost can be $5,000.

We audited ten AI agencies competing in this market. Not one of them publishes anything about government funding. Some of them are still advertising help with CDAP, a programme that closed in February 2024.

Our funding page lists every relevant programme — including the closed ones, marked closed, because telling you not to waste a fortnight is worth more than pretending everything is open.

Two minutes, no email required to see the result

Find out whether you actually have a problem worth solving.

Eight questions about how your week actually goes. You get a score, a likely cost range, and an honest read on whether this is worth your money — before we ask for an email address, and including the answer “not yet”.

Where we work

Based in Burlington. Working from Niagara to London.

Ten cities with pages of their own, because a clinic in Oakville and a fabricator in St. Catharines are not the same business with a different postcode. In person across this area; remote anywhere in Canada and the United States.

One caveat worth stating plainly: the Ontario grants that can halve your cost are for Ontario businesses. If you are outside the province, that part of the pitch does not apply to you and we will not pretend otherwise.
